Todmorden Mills Harvest Festival

Along with Canada’s Sesquicentennial, Todmorden Mills Heritage Site celebrates a major milestone this year. It is the Golden Anniversary of the site’s creation as a heritage site. Opened during Canada’s Centennial in 1967, the site has celebrated many a Harvest Festival. This year, celebrate a Golden Harvest season in the Don Valley and visit our recently re-restored historic homes as we open a new chapter in the history of Todmorden Mills. Sample period recipes, tour the Wildflower Preserve, meet historic characters from Todmorden's past, create a fun take-home craft and check out our special costumed guests from the past! Print a souvenir on the Mackenzie House proof press, discover artifacts in a Pop-Up Museum, and more! Admission to the grounds is FREE.
