In an effort to assist the ever growing amount of electronic advertising material we receive, a spec sheet has been created as a guide for any incoming electronic media. The following information is here to streamline any file transfer problems that might otherwise occur.
ACCEPTABLE SOFTWARE(All software is MacIntosh based, if it's not on here - we will not accept it)
QUARKXPRESS 4.1(Please include all fonts) (Please include all artwork as well)

ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR 8.0(Please include all fonts) (Please include all artwork elements as well)

ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 5.5(tif, eps, jpg) (171 d.p.i. for halftones and 600 d.p.i. for line art)

ADOBE ACROBAT 4.0(please embed all fonts and make sure all colour pictures are CMYK)

MACROMEDIA FREEHAND 7.0


HOW TO SEND A FILE TO US:(We require verbal notification and would suggest a fax of the advertisement; 705-329-5926)
VERY IMPORTANT
We receive many electronic ads in each day, and have a wide variety of special tabs, daily publications, and weekly publications that they may appear in. Therfore to ensure that your ad gets placed in the right publication:
• Please list the feature it is to appear in • The Packet & Times Sales rep you deal with • Your name, and telephone where you can be reached
