If it's good enough for Mick Jagger, it's good enough for you.

At the recent World Cup finals, the Rolling Stones frontman was spotted recording the footy action with a Flip video camera, possibly the simplest digital video camera there is.

Not that Mick needs things to be easy. Just sayin'.

The new Flip MinoHD is the latest and skinniest version of the point-and-shoot video camcorder to arrive in Canada. Available in a svelte brushed aluminum or hundreds of different customizable colours and designs (via www.theflip.com),

it shoots high-def video that can be easily uploaded to your computer through the retractable USB connector, then shared through e-mail, YouTube, Facebook and a variety of other methods, all using the camera's intuitive built-in software.

The MinoHD ($209.99 for a camera that holds one-hour of recording capacity, $239.99 for two hours) has zero bells and whistles, but the attraction is that storing and sharing your videos has never been easier. Just ask Mick. Now if only he'd show us what's on his Flip.
