Motorcyclist injured in wipeout

An Orillia Secondary School student appeared to suffer minor injuries after a single-vehicle crash near the school Thursday afternoon. A Grade 9 student who witnessed the crash said the motorcyclist, who is in Grade 11 at the school, was travelling along North Street when he lost control of his bike as he attempted to turn right onto Park Street.
